Financing  $25,000 minimum for new or used. Used must be 10 years or newer but there are exceptions. Call for information.

Refinancing minimum is $35,000. If your rate is even 1/4 of a % higher than our rate it is worth considering whether or not you want to refinance. It is not expensive, like your home, to refinance.  Did you buy from a dealer? Have interest rates dropped since you purchased your RV, do you want a longer term to pay off your loan, and has your credit rating improved enough to qualify for a lower rate?  It might be time to consider re-financing. It could save you hundreds, even thousands of dollars. The difference of a few less dollars a month may not seem like much but figure it out over the life of your present contract.  It does not cost a lot of money to re-finance your RV as it would, for instance to re-finance your home. Once you give us the information we need to send to the bank the only thing you have to do is check your mailbox, get the documents we send you signed and notarized and send them back to us.     If you are a first time buyer the most important decision is how much can you comfortably afford to spend to purchase an RV. This includes not only monthly payments but also consider insurance, fuel and other travel expenses. Make a list of things you really would like to have and what things you would like but can really do without. Renting an RV is a good way to explore what you like and don't like before making a big investment. Go to different dealer, to an RV show if there is one in your area, ask people their opinions, get on line, there is a lot of information out there.

The RV dealer should be willing to listen to your RV needs and then recommend the types of RV that he feels would suit you. Make sure you question him about service and the policy they have to stand behind their sale in case of needed repairs. Remember you are the customer and the dealership should be service oriented, some however are not. There is also no limit on the interest rate a dealer can charge. Always, always check with RV Financing lenders and compare the rates the dealer is offering.  Some dealers on the Internet would have you believe they are lending companies when in fact they are financing your RV through their dealership. This is not illegal but you may end up paying a higher rate than you have to!  Talk with people and find out what dealer they recommend. You need to feel comfortable with the dealer you want to buy from. Shop around. Don’t fall deeply in love with a unit before you do some comparison-shopping. Do not believe that the wonderful deal they are giving you today is for today only! If the deal is too good to be true it probably isn’t the deal you want. Don’t just accept the dealer financing. Chances are you will find a lower rate with a reputable RV financing lender on the Internet.  The dealer is not restricted on the amount of interest he can charge. Most importantly do not get involved with buy-down rates, or no money down financing.

Once you figure out what you want, new or used, big or little, it's time to look for financing. We hope you choose us, but we know you'll shop around. You need to be an informed shopper. It comes down to the difference in the service you receive, and the efficiency and courtesy with which your loan is processed.  A reputable lender will be forth coming, they will not shot gun your credit or have hidden documentation fees.  You need to be able to put at least 10% down when you purchase an RV. If you are financing an RV in a Montana LLC the bank will require 15% down.  Remember that the RV will depreciate in value.

Please, no matter whom you choose, do not go for the buy-down rates or home loans or no down payment loans. They might look good at first sight but when you come out from under the ether you'll realize what a mistake you made!
